- email me at nickwings@yahoo.com Greetings! I'm Nickson Morada, I've been an Air Traffic Controller at the Manila Control Tower since 1998. I became chairman of the Philippine Air Traffic Controllers' Association from 2006 to 2009. Currently stuck in Air Traffic Controller 2 position for being the chairman of the association. I used to be an Aerodrome Control Instructor in the Civil Aviation Training Center, Manila but was banned from teaching again beccause I was chairman of PATCA. I authored the Manila Control Tower Training Manual and produced most of the training materials. I was also the original author of the Manila Control Tower Manual of Operations and was later removed from that task also because I was chairman of PATCA. I attended various training courses including the ICAO Safety Management System Course conducted in Macau, on July of 2008, still also because I was chairman of PATCA.
